What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
For refundable bookings, cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in time (2:00 PM local time) to receive a full refund. For non-refundable bookings, the full amount is charged at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard (debit or credit). All card payments incur a 3% processing fee. Cash payments are not accepted. A valid credit card and passport are required at check-in.
What is included in my stay?
Your stay includes daily breakfast and dinner, free WiFi, daily cleaning service, access to shared kitchen facilities, and 24-hour remote support. Towels, hair dryers, and blankets are available for rent with a refundable deposit.
What is the minimum age requirement?
Guests must be 18 years or older to stay at Azzurro Hotels.
Do you have parking available?

Is there a reception desk on-site?
We operate with a remote reception system. Our team is available 24/7 via phone, WhatsApp, and email to assist you with any questions or requests. Check-in instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
Can I store my luggage?
Luggage storage availability varies by location. Please contact us in advance to arrange luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.
Are the rooms private or shared?
We offer both private rooms and shared dormitory options. Private rooms provide complete privacy, while shared dormitories offer budget-friendly accommodation with privacy curtains for each bed.
What amenities are available?
All our properties include air conditioning, heating, free WiFi, charging points next to beds, privacy curtains, shared kitchens with equipment provided, shared bathrooms with toilet paper and hand soaps, laundry facilities (extra charges apply), and daily cleaning service.
Can I bring guests to my room?
For security and comfort of all guests, only registered guests are permitted in rooms. Visitors may be allowed in common areas with prior approval from management.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises or within 10 metres of the property. Violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction and additional charges.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at any of our properties, with the exception of registered service animals.
What happens if I damage something in my room?
Guests are liable for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Fines may be issued for room damages or if the guest is responsible for triggering a fire alarm. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file.
