House Rules

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please familiarize yourself with our house rules.

Age Requirement

All guests must be 18 years or older to stay at Azzurro Hotels. Valid identification is required at check-in.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please respect these times to allow for proper room preparation.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises or within 10 metres of the property. This includes all rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces. Violation may result in immediate eviction and additional charges.

No Alcohol Policy

Guests are not permitted to bring or consume alcohol on the premises. This policy helps maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.

Illegal Activities

Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate eviction and may involve law enforcement.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum during these times.

Room Access

Only registered guests are permitted in rooms. For security and comfort, visitors may be allowed in common areas with prior approval from management.

Damage & Liability

Guests are liable for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Fines may be issued for room damages or if the guest is responsible for triggering a fire alarm. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file.

Kitchen & Common Areas

Please clean up after yourself in shared spaces. All kitchen equipment must be washed and returned to its proper place. Food left in shared fridges may be removed if expired or unlabeled.

Laundry Facilities

Laundry facilities are available for an additional charge. Please follow posted instructions and be considerate of other guests waiting to use the facilities.

Luggage & Storage

Luggage storage availability varies by location. Please contact us in advance to arrange storage. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at any of our properties, with the exception of registered service animals. Please notify us in advance if you will be bringing a service animal.

Fire Safety

Tampering with fire safety equipment, including smoke detectors and fire alarms, is strictly prohibited. False alarms may result in fines and eviction.

Respect & Courtesy

We expect all guests to treat staff and other guests with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction.

We operate with a remote reception system. Our team is available 24/7 via phone, WhatsApp, and email. For emergencies, please contact us immediately.
