It was my first night in a hostel and it has been a very good surprise! The room was clean, well equipped with air conditioning, some storage and a private fridge. The bathroom was pretty clean as well and not overcrowded. Special bonus for the included dinner and breakfast!

The location was great! Right beside Darlinghurst which I hadn't realized before booking. Rose was a wonderful help. Check in was smooth, I arrived later in the night because of my train but they were expecting me and got me squared away fast. The rooms all provide ample storage both under the bed, lockers, and dressers as well as a small mini fridge which I found was a nice touch.

It's a nice hostel to stay at, well located, food is included (I don't like cooking so I really appreciate it). It looks pretty clean and the rooms are nice. The staff is very responsive by message and accommodating. I'll be staying for some extra time so can't complain really!

I like here so much. I like the refurbishment of the house, the cleanness of rooms and bathroom. The female room is towards sunrise with great sunshine and with a flowed air machine inside. Staff are kind and ready to help. And there are free breakfasts and dinners.

I feel good and safe staying at VENUS Surry Hills. The location is very convenient and the service is excellent. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. I love to meet other women and they are all lovely, cool and with beautiful conversations. The attention of the staff is gentle, quick and efficient. I have been staying at this hostel for a while every time I have to go to Sydney.

This place is highly recommended, especially if you're looking for an all-female accommodation around Sydney that is also budget-friendly. The accommodation is very well-maintained. There's no onsite reception, but their remote reception is very helpful and highly responsive! The rooms are cleaned daily, and the bathrooms are spotless, giving you a hotel vibe!

Breakfast and dinner (simple but good) are included in your booking. Location is in walking distance of 20-30 mins to popular tourist spots or with buses right in the front door.
